The remuneration will be fixed in advance with you, depending on the related research expenditure and scope of each order. In case of several vacancy fillings we are prepared to discuss a package solution.
Warranty of the following up: The search order is closed, if the successful placing of an applicant is completed by the signature of the labour contract or in case of a giving up the project by way of internal or external influences the DIRKS Personnel consultant GmbH are not responsible for. In this case half of the agreed upon remuneration is payable immediately.
If a hired candidate leaves the client company within the trial period for reasons we are responsible for the DIRKS Personnel consultant GmbH is obliged to fill the position a new free of charge. In this case the client has only to pay the additional costs.
