Our competence
Hans-Walther Dirks, owner and manager of the company studied business administration at the college of the federal armed forces Darmstadt. Within the framework of his career as an army officer he was conveyed tasks of logistics, materials management and company management.
After that Mr Dirks gained for more than 12 years industrial and practical knowledge in the area of human resources:
- Personnel aide for the management staff at the KRUPP-Industrietechnik GmbH
- Member of the management and personnel director of Raybestos Industrieprodukte GmbH (car supplier)
- Director for personnel and social affairs at TEERBAU Gesellschaft für Straßenbau GmbH (RÜTTGERS Werke AG) being competent for all the branches and subsidiaries in the whole FRG
That is why he is very experienced in medium-sized and big companies.
Since 1992 Mr Dirks was personnel consultant for:
- Personnel consultancy PLAUT
- KIENBAUM Executive Consultants as a Senior Consultant
- SERECON personnel consultancy GmbH as a partner.
On 1 April 2000 Mr Dirks established his own company as an independent consultant.
You are now able to use for your own company the competence being gained from more than 20 years practice in human resources.
